Cuckoo has toppeled from a willow branch to his death! Who’s going to help us while away the hours for the rest of summer? Hey! Mrs Nightingale can do it! Small, graceful, lovely, sweet! She sings and is always happy when the other birds are silent. We’ll wait for her, and when Cuckoo’s time is up, she will start to sing!
